Hey There! here are our t&c's

Please take some time to read our terms and conditions before making a booking. The following are non negotiable to ensure the safety of your dog and us.

our non negotiables...

All dogs must meet the following requirements:

  • Have up to date treatments:

    • Annual booster injections against Canine Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvo-virus and Parainfluenza

    • Kennel Cough - within the previous 12 months and at least 14 days before staying with us

    • Be on flea and worming treatments

    • All female dogs to be spayed

  • Dogs showing symptoms of any of the diseases listed above or Kennel Cough on arrival will unfortunately be refused entry. Refunds will not be issued as it is the owner's responsibility to observe any ill health.

  • We will ask for vet records during each stay. A scanned copy will be kept on our database. 

  • Complete an afternoon trial and register form (detailing emergency and veterinary contact) 

  • Have a secure collar and tag detailing their name and owners address/contact number 

  • When a booking is made, a 50% deposit must be paid and a registration form must be returned to secure the reservation (please return this via email)

  • The deposit is non-refundable, unless you let us know 24 hours of the start date.  Alternatively, you can use this deposit to rebook another date with us.

For owners...

The following requirements must be met:

  • Required to notify us of any medical conditions of your dog(s)

  • Understand and agree that they are giving permission for him/her to participate in all aspects of the day care/home boarding 

  • Understand that if their dogs show any signs of ill health on the arrival, they may be refused 

  • For our safety, we will not board a dog who is known to be aggressive either towards people or other dogs, as described in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

  • If a dog is injured or takes ill, we will contact the owner as soon as possible 

  • If we feel the dog shouldn't be in a day care due to their condition, we may ask the owner to collect the dog

  • If a condition is urgent, we will contact the dog's vet before contacting the owner. Vet bills incurred will be the responsibility of the owner

  • Owners understand if their dog is involved in an incident, they must acknowledge that Dinky Doggies cannot be held liable or any veterinary fees incurred.

cancellations...

Please let us know...

via email or phone if your dog no longer requires our services.  Any cancellation before 24 hours of the start date will be refunded fully. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be non-refundable.
